In collaboration with Avangard Global Construction, part of the Avangard Engineering Group, Avangard FiberTech is excited to announce the launch of the first integrated factory in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa for producing fiberglass-reinforced bars and sections. This strategic partnership aims to localize the technology of fiberglass-reinforced manufacturing in Egypt, supporting urban development and meeting the growing demand for reinforcement materials.

Our state-of-the-art facility boasts:
- Four production lines for fiberglass-reinforced bars (FGRP)
- A production line for fiberglass wire mesh
- A production line for stirrups and bent bars
- A production line for fiberglass sections
- Two local resin production lines
- Three reinforcement thread production lines
After extensive pilot testing, Avangard FiberTech has achieved a breakthrough tensile strength exceeding 1,370 MPa, surpassing both local and international standards. This achievement is a testament to our high-quality, rigorous standards, followed meticulously across each stage of production.
