Production Process
From raw glass fibre to certified finished product — four precision stages.
Raw Materials
Premium-grade glass fibre strands are sourced and handled from precision spools, inspected for tensile consistency before entering the production line.
Production Line
Fibres are formed into rebar, mesh, stirrups, and curved profiles using our precision production line under constant process monitoring.
Quality Control
Every batch passes through our in-house QC lab — thermal, tensile, and adhesion testing against international structural performance standards.
Warehousing & Shipping
Certified products are palletised, labelled, and stored in our organised warehouse — ready for rapid domestic dispatch or international container loading.

Digital Control & Precision Manufacturing
Our production floor operates under real-time digital supervision. Twin-operator control stations with full-colour touchscreen interfaces allow instant adjustment of process parameters across every active production line.
Temperature, tension, resin viscosity, and throughput speed are continuously monitored and logged — ensuring every metre of GFRP rebar or mesh produced meets the same exacting specification as the last.
