This alliance was formed with the aim of transferring and developing advanced Russian technology in the field of manufacturing GFRP rebar and profiles, and providing innovative construction solutions based on sustainability and economic efficiency.

The factory is located in 10th of Ramadan City — Second Industrial Zone (B), on an area of more than 17,000 square metres.
The factory includes modern production lines designed and manufactured specifically by the world's leading specialised companies, in line with advanced Russian technology in the manufacture of GFRP rebar and profiles.

The Team Behind the Factory
The company was keen to select a team with accumulated experience in the field of manufacturing GFRP products, led by specialised competencies in this field, and under the direct supervision of experts from the Russian Avangard company to ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology at the highest level of efficiency.
Quality Control Unit
The factory is distinguished by having a specialised quality control management team comprising a selection of experts and specialists, operating under the supervision of a supreme advisory board from the largest specialised consulting offices.
The laboratory is equipped with the latest measuring and testing devices to ensure the quality of the final product. The factory has also contracted with the Engineering Centre of one of Egypt's major university faculties of engineering to conduct urgent and experimental tests.

Manufacturing Technology
The factory contracted with the Avangard Engineering Group to transfer advanced manufacturing technology, in addition to issuing product compliance certificates for Egyptian and Russian standard specifications and European standards, especially the ASTM standard.
