Our Products
Fiberglass Rebar
Our flagship product — fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) rebar available from 6 mm to 32 mm in diameter. With a tensile strength of 1,200 MPa, it outperforms conventional steel rebar while being 75% lighter and entirely immune to corrosion, chloride attack, and galvanic reactions. Ideal for marine structures, bridges, tunnels, and any environment where steel corrosion is a concern.
- ✓ Non-Corrosive — unaffected by moisture, chlorides, acids, and alkalis
- ✓ High Tensile Strength — 1,200 MPa, exceeding standard steel rebar
- ✓ Lightweight — density 2.2 T/m³ vs. steel's 7.8 T/m³, 75% lighter
- ✓ Dielectric — fully electrically non-conductive, safe near live infrastructure
- ✓ Eco-Friendly — long service life reduces material replacement and waste
- ✓ Non-Magnetic — ideal for MRI suites, airports, and sensitive environments

Curved Rebar
Precision-bent to any specification, our curved fiberglass rebar brings GFRP advantages to complex structural geometries. Whether you need L-bends, U-bends, or custom sweep angles, our fabrication team produces tight tolerances without compromising the material's mechanical properties. Shares all the same dielectric, non-corrosive, and lightweight advantages as our straight rebar line.
- ✓ Custom Bending — L, U, and any angle bent to engineering drawings
- ✓ Non-Corrosive — same material properties as straight rebar
- ✓ High Tensile Strength — 1,200 MPa maintained through bend zones
- ✓ Dielectric — fully non-conductive, safe for electro-sensitive environments
- ✓ Lightweight — 75% lighter than equivalent steel bent bars
- ✓ Fast Delivery — fabricated to order and dispatched quickly
Fiberglass Mesh
Pre-assembled grid panels manufactured from GFRP rebar intersections, permanently bonded for consistent spacing. Fiberglass mesh is the preferred reinforcement for slabs, decks, walls, and pavements where rust staining from steel is unacceptable. Panels arrive on-site ready to place — no cutting, tying, or rusting in storage.
- ✓ Pre-Assembled Panels — consistent grid spacing, no site tying required
- ✓ Non-Corrosive — no rust staining on finished concrete surfaces
- ✓ Slabs & Decks — suited for floors, roof decks, bridge decks, and walls
- ✓ Dielectric — no electromagnetic interference with embedded sensors or cables
- ✓ Lightweight — easy handling and placement, reducing site labour costs
- ✓ Eco-Friendly — extended design life minimises material lifecycle impact
Fiberglass Stirrup
Closed-loop stirrups formed from our GFRP rebar, designed for shear reinforcement in columns and beams. Where steel stirrups corrode and crack cover concrete, fiberglass stirrups maintain structural integrity for the design life of the building. Their non-magnetic, dielectric nature makes them indispensable in power generation, rail, and medical facility construction.
- ✓ Closed-Loop Form — precision shaped for columns, beams, and shear walls
- ✓ Dielectric — safe in proximity to high-voltage and MRI infrastructure
- ✓ Non-Magnetic — no distortion of magnetic fields in sensitive environments
- ✓ Non-Corrosive — eliminates concrete spalling caused by rusting stirrups
- ✓ Lightweight — faster assembly and reduced load on formwork
- ✓ Custom Sizes — manufactured to project-specific cage dimensions
